Booking Information:
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in from 4pm, and check-out by 10am.
We can accommodate two extra pull-out beds upon request, priced at £20 per person, per night. We offer a generous 40% discount for weekly bookings.
Late Check-out Option: For bookings covering Friday and Saturday nights, we offer the flexibility of a later check-out time on Sundays, up to 5pm, at an additional cost of 60% of the night fee. This offer is available during the low season, specifically from November to April. Please contact us for further details.
Pet Policy: We welcome one well-behaved dog at Cynynion Uchaf. Please ensure that your dog is kept on a lead at all times outside the farmhouse, as it is a working farm. We kindly ask that pets are not allowed upstairs. If needed, a walk-in kennel is available outside. There is a £25 fee payable upon arrival for guests with dogs.

Payment is accepted via cheque or BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services). For bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance, the total Accommodation Cost is payable at the time of booking. For bookings made more than 8 weeks in advance, a booking charge of 25% is expected.

What a friendly welcome to this lovely house, which is comfortably furnished, well-equipped and has plenty of space. The garden is packed with beautiful spring flowers at the moment too. Great location for accessing the surrounding area. We had a super stay there.
The house was fantastic, even better than the photos, very clean, and very well equipped for the two families we had staying there. The location was beautiful and remote so just what we wanted and Samantha was fantastic working around our availability to sign us in and out. We will certainly be staying again.
